I'm struggling.
Tearful,hate myself and want to cut.
Finding it difficult to cope with the panic attacks and flashbacks.
I just want pills to take my pain away,I want to take pills to calm me down,I want to take pills to stop me from harming myself.
I want to block my feelings and thoughts out.
I just want this pain and upset to stop
