I was taking a mix of effexor, clonaz (thru my GP not my pdoc!!) and serequel but now only take the effexor with prn clonaz at night, and serequel during the day if I really need it. Hope you find a combo that will work for you. (I was on citalopram until I had Michaela but since then have been on effexor, which despite the side effects at times has been the best med for me).
