I agree it's nice to have ppl say Hi when they come into a chat.

However, if "you're" sitting in the lobby and others are on their way to a chat, then don't expect that. The lobby is a thoroughfare, not a stopping and saying hi spot. Plus, while it still would be nice to be able to say hi to those in the lobby, so many just sit there while they're texting or something and I'd wait forever (on my way to another chat) just for a response.

I think, while we're all at it... if you're sitting alone in a chat room waiting, then please put the tone on (find it in settings) for when someone comes into the chat room to chat, so you'll know someone's entered? I find it rather rude to go out of my way to sit with someone in chat and they never acknowledge me.

There are plenty of settings for chat rooms... go into an empty room and then play around with all the settings (click on the "gear" up top), learn how to make your own room, with and without a password, how to copy a chat, how to use private chat etc. I think it will make your chat experience more enjoyable.
