Just wondering if you have had a good/bad experience with working with a personal trainer?
When I worked as a massage therapist in a health club 12 years ago or so, I bartered with a personal trainer and really did a good job getting in shape. Now my husband and I have the opportunity to work with a personal trainer again after he recovers from gastric by pass surgery.
When I joined the first gym ever the biggest concern I had was what to wear!

so I wouldn' look stupid! Then the next time around a few years after that, it was more, wil I be able to do it, keep up, and not look stupid?
Now it is more, I will do it, get in shape for my own "health" benefits. I'll be stupid to not do it

. With all the negative things I've developed due to a couch pototato life style, there is proof that physical activity works.
So back to my title. Can anyone shar their experiences with us here at PC?
