I do agree with what you're saying here, but at the same time, I feel that it's ok to not always follow the rules "etiquette" when I'm in session with T. It's not the same relationship I have with anyone else and I don't interact with her the same way I do with anyone else. I also don't talk about my trauma with other people, or let them see my anxiety, or cry in front of them, or or or...
