I hope the nightmares pass and I hope your T sessions go well
Many peaceful thoughts to you

I used to have really bad insomnia so I would only get a couple of hours of sleep and I would spend time counting my breaths until I fell asleep. Now I am having an easier time falling asleep, but nightmares. Feels like I can't win.

My T told me that the body is not in deep sleep when you are dreaming, now I take my sleeping pill and I don't dream and wake up refreshed, they take some getting used to though. Sharing your fears, and things that are making you want to curl in a ball, might help a little bit. I pray that you have a night without nightmares tonight. I hope you sleep better

Thanks. I am taking anti-anxiety meds to help me sleep, as otherwise the insomnia comes back.
