How is your financial situation? Do you think you can work toward being financially independent? It may be much easier to go when you know you don't have to depend on the person who's abusing you. What about your support network such as friends, and family? When you're trapped, you may feel as if you can't tell your friends or family of what's going on, but you can. Reach out to someone, they will be more than happy to be there for you. They'll help you sort things out on a subjective perspective. Please, don't let anyone abuse you. You may think things might be bad once you go and be on your own without the abuser, and it may, but you WILL learn to stand on your feet again, and you WILL survive and grow. First, reach out to people who care like your family and friends. Second, ask them to help you work toward being independent from this abuser, whether it is financially or emotionally.
Remember, you are worth it.
Thanks for this!
