Whatever you may have, going outside nearly naked is definitely a sign that things aren't going as well as they could. Giabrina is right, you should see a doc and I would try to get them to give you a more specific diagnosis, as well as the proper meds to deal with it.
I'm glad you are ok and you had someone with you who could help keep you under control and safe.
