Sorry it is a struggle. There are lots of posts here about other things to do. But you said that cutting has been your way of grounding yourself. Do you have any other things that help you feel grounded? For example, I have memories of a safe place and can sometimes think of that myself to ground myself. Other times my counsellor will describe it or ask me to describe it. All help.
