Look through the material in the courses and find something that interests you and learn or read about it and work outward. Often things we at first don't enjoy are connected in important ways to things that do intrigue us so it's easier to learn about them because you know about their connections and importance and they don't feel so isolated and boring or difficult.

Whenever I haven't wanted to study I try to make it fun for myself, write a poem or story about the material or try to relate it to something that seems totally unrelated like James Burke did in his TV series, "Connections" :-) http://www.k-web.org/
