When I'm anxious, I try to talk myself into believing I'm excited instead, LOL. Aren't you excited to be back and starting a new adventure?
I'd take one or two of the duller, but-must-take classes and get them out of the way. Things that might not be too hard for you, just dull. I'd challenge myself to find something interesting in them. I had one class I had to take and it was a beginning class I took when I was a senior and the professor had "limited" some options so it was duller than dull (couldn't use any outside sources, just the textbook to write papers from). But I took that as a challenge! What could I learn, how could I practice my writing skills so I could spice up what the textbook said? I had advanced stuff in my head I could draw on to make the "picture" more lively and all encompassing and that's what I did. Make whatever course you take an adventure instead of a chore or something you have to do to get to somewhere else. You never know, you might want/need something you learn in a "boring" class sometime in the future.
How's the job search going? My local pizza/Italian restaurant was advertising help wanted I noticed last week. Tempted me but I'm retired and don't really want a job I don't think :-)
