I am on lamictal and lorazepam. I used to be fine with the OCD. It wasnt that bad. I just dont know what caused the flare up?

It's helped me a lot over the past 2 months. My desk is getting quite messy, and the urge to clean it is overwhelming sometimes, but I just haven't had ANY time!
I still have the problem with multiple thoughts racing all at once, but I've been working on centering myself, and only focus on what I am doing.
