i'm in a really bad flair right now. haven't been this bad in a long time. the pain is driving me crazy--has been for the past 3 days. nothing is helping--did the relaxation, tried my meds, can't sleep cause it hurts too much to even lay down. i tried to take a walk, stretch and hot shower (not in that order) and went into muscle spasms like crazy. don't mean to complain but i am feeling so bad that i don't know what to do right now. just need to vent this and have a pity party for myself--something i haven't done for a really long time.
