Wow!! That's fantastic - that first step is really hard but you've done it now. So whenever the motivation lags, just remember that you've done it before and can do it again !!

I am glad Lithium seems to be working for you - it is considered the gold standard treatment for Bipolar. Just make sure you get your regular blood tests done - it is critical to keep the blood levels stable.

Unfortunately, I couldn't be stabilized on Lithium so I am on a cocktail of Valproate (suppoedly next best thing to Lithium), antidepressant (Effexor) and antispychotic (Seroquel). So it's great if you can manage just on Lithium.

Best of luck and keep up the exercise - that's good for you both physically and mentally !!
