i hav only just been diagnosed with bpd n im really stugeling i had a handle on it before i even new i had it but it just got worse n worse n then thats how i came about finding out i had it x

i cant control my moods the r all over the place n am v suicidal n angry n depressed most of the time keep getting sent in n out of hospital all the time n thats just not helping x i just feel like everything is goin wrong n i dont hav any control over anything x
