LLC is a company form. Companies are organised in different forms for different reasons. A reason could be that they want to limit the liabilities of the company owners.
If the LLC is revoked: it means that the company doesn't meet the requirements of being a company in LLC-form anymore. It could mean that they didn't meet e.g. the tax requirements, legal or insurance requirements.
I consider that to be a real bad sign; I wouldn't do business with them.
