I can't even imagine a "normal" sleep pattern, or a pattern of any sort. My dad on the other hand (best example I can think of) on week days goes to bed a 9 and wakes up a 5, like clock work. I never understood how he does it. I sleep anywhere from 2-10 hrs and it varries all through out the week/month. I can tell you though that 2 hrs is not a healthy nights sleep. The average adult needs atleast 6 hrs a night. I wish I could do that regularly....
