I take naltrexzone to help curb alcohol cravings and it does work for that. I haven't had any negative side effects except feeling like my brain's stuffed with cotton when I first started it, or if I forget to take it for a few days.

On the advice of my Dr. however, I now wear a mediaclert bracelet saying I'm not to be given opiods, as they simply won't work. So if I'm ever in an accident or something they'll to give me non-opiate based pain killers.
