It can be hard feeling alone and even hard to reach out to people. I know I have this issue too. But maybe you could try calling or texting one or a few of your friends or family, later today? Maybe if you let them know that you miss talking to them/spending time w/them; they might miss you too but where just too busy or shy, ect. and then you could work something out. Or do something relaxing to help you sleep like deep breathing or reading a boring book....sorry I'm not very good at giving advice. But hang in there!
