I too am 5ft 6 , have no idea what my weight is right now, dont really want to know
Just some tips that helped me a little -
If you feel the urge to binge, drink glass of water then look at clock and set your self a goal of 10 minutes . Try and last the 10 minutes without eating. Once you made it and still feel the urge to binge try a peice of fruit then time another 10 mins. If the feeling is still there take yourself out the house and go for a short walk or jump around to your favourite music.
Make sure you eat regularly!! If you go without food for too many hours then your body will crave binge foods even more & you are more likely to give in to temptation.
Try and avoid buying binge foods or keeping them in the house. If the foods not there then you cant binge on it.
Keep a note of the times you manage to avoid binges and praise yourself for it !
