So I started a diet that my moms been on for a few months, which she has lost 30 pounds on so far. It was about 3-4 weeks ago that I started this diet. I've tried SOOOO fricken hard and even have been exercising myself to death and all I've lost is 5 pounds and I gained one of those back somehow.
I'm sooo tired of dieting and exercising and doing everything right the healthy way and not getting results! *sigh* I'm about ready to start back being friends with bulimia. I'm just so tired of it all. What do I do?!
