When it eases off you enough for you to get out of bed try going for a walk or doing something active because I find that really helps me. Exercising is the best thing for me to do when I find the energy, but that is the very hardest thing.
Try to build a social net to fall on when you've hit a spot like this and when you're not so down maybe seek a free counselor or something to find other outlets for your pain. Going through it alone will ultimately end badly.
