It is SI urges that I am feeling. My T knows that I have been having trouble with urges. My pdoc doesn't because I don't really like him. I only see him every couple of months because I don't really feel like he cares vary much.
The most important thing is to let your doctor know and discover which self help methods work for you during difficult times. Most of all, you need be patient and with that you might need to endure and accept this down stage you're going through. This doesn't mean you say "I give up and I'll never get better". It means you will be patient and take good care by keeping your doctor informed and using your little bag of emergency coping tricks to feel better. Try not to let the pain convince you that you must find relief by hurting yourself or not wanting to live. You're welcome to let your frustrations and feelings out here. You're in my thoughts and prayers that you'll feel relief from your pain.

I am feeling a little better. The intense pain and SI urges are gone today.
Thank you all for caring. That means so much.
