OMG! Talk about a close call. Thank God that none of you were hurt worse! Take good care of yourself for the next few days. Try muscle rub for your aches and pains. Thats has worked for me in the past. Your gonna be sore, but look at this as a wake up call. Do something that you would have never done before. "Live life like you were dying"
