Yes, I'm exercising at least 4 days a week... I do pilates and taebo (switch them up every other day) and I walk/jog at least a mile each day.
My endocranologist (sp?) has put me on meds for my thyroid and high cholestoral but hasn't given me a strict diet to abide by. Need help.
