Really sorry to hear what you're going through Rebecca.
For me its the feeling of pointlessness, not being bothered, whats the point attitude, cant be bothered.
Inaction full stop.
Simply, I feel very negative and can be bothered to do things like brush my teeth properly or eat properly. However I dont feel like this all the time. Just sometimes.
Im coping though and I would like it to improve. Action is a big problem for me however.
