I crave a lot of sweets as well. However, I realized that by eating chocolate your mood may temporarily escalate, But after that you crash. Making you feel worse then you did before you ate the chocolates and sweets. One of the easiest ways to deal with it is to find balance. eat chocolate or sweets then fruit and or orange juice (but I don't like orange juice).
