My advice to you is just trying to distract yourself by watching a TV, going to GYM, jogging, painting, singing....I don't know with whatever you can....then little by little you feel better.....
You got to control your mind and not think about whatever is making you sad and upset....and if there is not a particular thing that is lowering your mood...then if you keep yourself busy and active, you feel better....
