Goodgirl62, when dealing with depression and stress, it eats up our energy levels like a half starved pack of varmits. But there are things you can do to get things a little more balanced. One is to slow down your pace when you feel stressed. I don't think we relize how much of a hurry we have all gotten ourselves into. The second thing to figure out is where to draw the line on healthy extra rest and sleeping to cope. Sleeping too much can make the depression worse. Ie you have questions you know where to find me!
