I have been involved in probably each of the discussions about this topic, many before we even had a support chat room to go into. 
I don't go into it anymore when there are more than 2 already there, unless requested.
What I will try to do from now on... is when I see ONE person sitting there and I'm available for counsel, I'll go in and ask if they are waiting for someone in particular. If not, then I will make a NEW private support chat room and invite them to go there (giving the password.)
That will keep me from becoming sidetracked with others who enter, and it will free up the support chat room for the next member who needs it.
What do you think about the above being done as a common practice for all of us???
