As i matured I learned to manage my shyness and became more confident but there are still shy roots within me. I wish I told someone or I wish my mother would have recognised I needed help. I'm glad the panic attacks didn't last long for me.

Luckily medicine has come a long way in understanding psychological issues and there's better treatment available. One tip I can give you is, try to relax and accept the attack when it comes. Don't try to resist and run away from it. Breath slowly and recognize it's there but don't try to stop it. Remember it won't hurt you, so you don't need to fear it. Eventually you want to get to a place, where you challenge your fears and slowly desensitize yourself. I hope you feel better.

In the meantime I just want to say I hear your frustration and please don't feel discouraged.
Thank you for repling back and yes that does help knowing that Iam not alone and yeah panic attacks sucks and just feel intense and on edge
