Set a goal for yourself. Something simple that you can accomplish. Perhaps you might decide to get up at a specified time to read the paper, or take the trash out, or vacuum a floor. Then, if you must, your reward could be a nap.
The idea is to alter what is not working, employing easy steps you can succeed at. Hopefully, the doing will lead to more doing so you do not feel you have to hide the day away in bed.
