You have done so well, dealing with you're house move and sleeping in an unfamilar hotel room, in a new city. You are so brave!

I agree completely about the anxiety, that is my issue as well. Over the years I have gradually learned to treat all the anxiety phenomena as a kind of slide show, it's not me, it's an illness. I'm bigger than the anxiety, and you are too.

If it's not too familiar, I would like to say that I'm proud of you.
