Yes the realization does make it easier to bear. I look that the whole thing like it is a storm. Some storms come and go quickly and others not. But they all do eventually pass and I try my best to hold on to that thought when I get depressed. It does make it easier.

I have yet to ever lose that confidence and it is something that worries me from time to time. I hear so many stories about people being so deeply depressed that they end their lives and it scares me because if someone can get to that point I fear it may also happen to me. Part of me doesn't think it can but another part of me wonders.
