Ok. Does anyone else with slight OCD have problems with what a T says in session? Last session we took in a DVD about 15 min long of our childhood. ((Sorry, I say we because of the DID )). Anyway, at the end of it we asked T if he would like to keep that copy made just for him with our file. He told us to hang onto it. He said "It doesn't have holes" - so you can't just put in in the file. He did not want it to get lost was all.

But last night the OCD kicked into HIGH gear and we could not sleep for hours. The phrase "It doesn't have holes" was running over and over and over without stop. We were crying and then just holding our hands over our ears trying to make it stop.
