I agree with Hope - you get paranoid that people are looking at you, then anxious . Try to take "belly breaths" (deep to your belly - not just into your chest), and that might help with the shaking.
I am glad that you are telling us more of how u are feeling, and when you are more comfortable here, perhaps you will share more about why you don't want to see your daughters father and his friends. Are you physically afraid of him?
