Queen, thank you for the input. I decided to use the CBT ABC worksheet to process the whole "holes" thing - and wow! I got to the bottom of some issues that I needed to see. I am very impressed with what I gained from doing the work and will be happy to show T :-) I think the OCD for me is a way for my mind to STICK WITH IT on something it wants me to actually look into - rather than just toss it aside or avoid :-)
