Police cater to the rich and well to do.(ie..The police
post $100,000 reward for any information about some trespassing into rich neighborhood garages but they
neglect to investigate serial killers like Robert Pickman
who murdered over 50 women who were considered
the dregs of society).
If it is important to you then you should continually
pester the police until you get the desired result.
Only the squeeky wheel gets the grease.
