On the one hand, you have little or no control over what other people will think. On the other, you can handle the matter on a strict need-to-know basis. Even those whom
you judge need to know can be told only what they need to know in technical terms, e.g. "Medical tests indicate I may have a serotonin/norepinephrine imbalance" - use your creativity.
