Thanks for the tip lonegael.. I only kneaded the dough maybe a minute. And I forgot to punch it down when I divided the dough to put in the baking pans. I just squeezed it in half and put in the baking pans.. I can say the color of the baked bread is beautiful..

Smells great too.... Just the eating part is questionable.. Well it actually isn't that bad when topped with a bit of butter and lots of honey.. One tiny piece and one would feel "full" for a week.. haha
