You know Byz, I stared at those, reading them over and over yesterday. I tried so hard to do everything it suggested. Anyway, last night the feeling finally lifted! I actually slept all night (well, until 5) without even waking up. That is so unusual for me! I feel so much better now. Whatever it was, I am so glad it finally passed.
