Welcome, Marco! The side effects I had from Effexor were very vivid dreams and getting very warm all of a sudden. Every time the dosage was changed I'd be getting hot and then cold. I also had a strange sensation of feeling like I was in some sort of altered state and would sit and stare! It was odd. I've been on it several times and it was okay 'cept for those things.
