Very good question.. I am told i have ptsd, but i don't recognize the symptoms. we didn't work on this in therapy. guess cuz one counselor wanted to dig into yesterday, and the T that dx'd me, gosh i've forgotten what was worked on with her. anyway the answer is i do not recognize the symptoms. goes to show ya what good 7 years of counseling did for me....
