I have been on Ativan since I was 17 years old and I am 22 now. It really helps a lot. I am on 3mg a day. I used to be on 4 but the when i changed docs he changed it. My body feels wierd if I dont take one. Sometimes I have all three sometimes I only have on, it really depends on the day.
