Gee, Stranger, that's hard. I didn't see my therapist for 9 years and had some of your fears starting up again. Waiting doesn't make it any easier, your head can really do a number on you with wondering how it will be and what will happen.

How did she sound on the phone when you made the appointment? Mine sounded greatly pleased (lift in her voice when she figured out it was me) and was thrilled we'd be able to work on working some things through that we hadn't finished when I left 9 years earlier. The first session I just "dumped" on her :-) I had so much to tell her about, LOL.

I bet the meeting will go fine. Don't let that nasty old agoraphobia get the better of you!
