I bet 85 pounds is a big difference. You are lucky to not be on the medications I have to take because they steal all the energy from me and I slowly but gradually increase my waste size and have no way to counter act it, because I hate gyms. You should be proud of yourself and go out and get a date, be told by new people how you look, then you might have a different perspective than people that have already known you. I say keep with the gym. I envy people with a muscular body, male or female. Being healthy is incredibly important and if you go back to the other spectrum or be in a position I am in, than you have to worry about diabetes and all that crap. Hopefully I can do something to stop the gradual increase in my waste size but so far we are about even in weight. I weigh 207, and have a belly, and my jeans have been ripping on me. Do you have any hints on how to run if you are a heavy smoker, schizophrenic and on over four medications? Probably not, I am quitting the cigarettes though, "it's my time to quit". LOL.
