So, it sounds plausible, but now I sound like a case study in disorders: hypo-mania, depression, anxiety, adhd, obsessive compulsive tendancies, and there's probably something I'm forgetting.
Any suggestions about how I can make sense of all this?
I know I need to talk to the doctor about it, but I'm pretty sure my next visit will be occupied by more pressing concerns so I have no idea when we'll have the chance to discuss it.

I have ocd and adhd and social anxiety and panic attacks and Iam still trying to make sense of it .We just cannot focus on all these dx we have to try to overcome them or they will take over and ruin our lives huggs
