Stranger, people just bailing are part of a therapist's reality. I'm sure she will be relieved to hear that you are still in one piece and that you know enough to get back in touch when you need help. If she is a little irritated, Aw, tough #it. She's a big girl, she will get over it in a couple of seconds, or she shouldn't be in that line of work. NAxiety can play havock with us and try to get us to second guess folks when we really don't have enough to go on to do so. Remind yourself that, and give the obsessing as much attention as you would a passing banana fly. Don't fight it, don't entertain it (or all the bananas will get infested). Easy said, hard done, but it's worth practicing. Hugs!
