Well, yesterday was really bad. I mean, really ultra bad. But so far today that overwhelming panic and dread haven't set in too much. Thank you very much for caring, Byz. I appreciate that more than I can tell you.

I have been working on trying to recognize my patterns and I think that I may be headed back into a manic phase. It seems they are usually the time when I am most anxious and panicky. I am hoping that won't happen and I am trying to journal a lot and have some conversations with myself that I have been avoiding in hopes of smoothing things out.
