Thank you very much for getting back to us. Good to know you're not in immediate danger. I want you to do some visual imagery - imagine you're putting all your pain into a box, lock it up and put it high on a shelf - that includes your boyfriend too lol. Curl up under the nice warm covers and just relax. I hope you have a peaceful nights sleep and you'll feel better tomorrow. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
